What You’ll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)
As a Kinesiologist on our team, you will play a key role in helping patients recover from injuries, improve physical functionality and maintain long-term wellness. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct biomechanical, functional and fitness assessments for each new patient

Evaluate patients’ medical history and physical conditions to determine customized treatment goals
Personalized Treatment Planning

Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to patients’ physical needs and goals

Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure safe, effective outcomes
Fitness & Rehabilitation Guidance

Facilitate rehabilitation sessions and fitness training programs

Focus on injury prevention, posture correction, strength building and improving mobility
Patient Education & Support

Clearly explain treatment strategies and expected results

Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey and provide emotional support where needed
Team Collaboration

Work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists and other specialists

Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress
Record Keeping

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
