Your Role and Day-to-Day Impact

At Better Rehab, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be stepping into a role where your skills make a real difference across age groups, from children to older adults and where your therapeutic approach addresses both developmental and acquired disabilities.

Your Daily Contributions Will Include:

Conducting detailed functional capacity assessments
Designing and implementing assistive technology prescriptions
Managing home modification recommendations
Delivering tailored therapy programs focused on your clients’ personal goals
Facilitating therapy in varied settings – participant homes, community centers, parks and even beaches!
Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide holistic and person-centered care
Building long-lasting client relationships while watching their progress firsthand

About You – Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for dedicated Occupational Therapists who are passionate about transforming lives and making meaningful connections with clients and teams.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

Are a qualified Occupational Therapist, either based in Australia or overseas
Are eligible (or already hold) full AHPRA registration to practice in Australia
Have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Are able to obtain or already have:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
Bring at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience in occupational therapy
