Who We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate Profile
We don’t expect you to be a master technician yet – but we do want someone with the right attitude, work ethic and foundation in farm equipment repair.
Minimum Requirements:

You should be in your 2nd, 3rd or 4th year as a registered Apprentice Mechanic.

You must have basic troubleshooting skills, especially in electrical and hydraulic systems.

You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada.

You must be able to work full-time and be flexible with your hours, especially during high-production times.
