The Role: Campaign Manager (f/m/x) – France
We are currently on the lookout for a creative and analytical Campaign Manager to manage our advertising efforts for the French market. This role provides an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the realm of digital media campaigns, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing directly to the success of major retail marketing strategies.
Based in Berlin, this role places you within our French-speaking Campaign Management Team, where you’ll collaborate with six other talented managers. Together, you’ll build and optimize high-impact campaigns that resonate with clients and their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development

Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and build customized digital media strategies that meet their specific goals.

Translate briefs into well-structured proposals and actionable plans, ensuring every detail aligns with expected outcomes and target KPIs.
Campaign Execution & Platform Management

Set up and manage advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, including our proprietary Bonial Media network, as well as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, DV360 and more.

Ensure all campaigns are launched smoothly and monitored continuously for optimal performance.
Ongoing Optimization & Reporting

Monitor key performance metrics throughout the campaign’s lifecycle.

Use data-driven insights to tweak and optimize performance, maximizing value for the client.

Prepare comprehensive reports that communicate campaign outcomes clearly and effectively.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications

Native-level French language skills and fluency in English are essential, as you’ll be managing campaigns for French-speaking clients and working within a diverse, multilingual team.

A minimum of two years’ experience in Campaign Management, ideally gained in a digital media or advertising agency setting.

Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required. Experience with programmatic advertising, particularly with DV360, will be seen as a strong advantage.
